THIRD ANNUAL DRUG ABUSE SUMMIT BRINGS MENTAL ILLNESS AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE TO THE FOREFRONT
Leading organizations collaborate for a free public service event in our local community on December 9.
Several leading area organizations are teaming up to co-host the third annual Palm Beach County Drug Abuse Summit on Tuesday, December 9. Taking place at Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, the Summit will explore the current state of mental health and drug abuse in the local community. The free discussion is open to the public, thanks to co-hosts Hanley Center Foundation, Max Planck Florida Institute for Neuroscience, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and The Ryan Licht Sang Bipolar Foundation. Beginning at 9 a.m., the half-day discussion includes prominent members of the healthcare and law enforcement communities, scientists, elected officials, educators and other community leaders.
